VANGUARD NATIONAL BUILDER GROUP IS THE UNEQUIVOCAL LEADER IN SUSTAINABLE, CUSTOM AND PREFABRICATED HOMES IN THE UNITED STATES. THEY NEEDED A BRAND DEVELOPED THAT COULD ADEQUATELY REFLECT AN ALREADY ESTABLISHED DOMINATION OF THE MARKET.

1. Design a logo and identity scheme that was strong, tough, respectable and outside the influence of trend shifts. 2. Design and build a website that did the same.
Objective
Design a logo, identity and website that not only adequately reflected the supportive nature of the VANGUARD brand and name but also instilled a sense of experiential confidence and trust.
FAMILY ORIENTED, PLAYFUL, WHOLESOME, THE TEAM AT HUTCH REAL ESTATE WAS ALREADY LOVED BY THEIR COMMUNITY SO WE WANTED TO CREATE A BRAND THAT REFLECTED THE JOVIAL NATURE OF THE TEAM WHILE ALSO COMMUNICATING RELIABILITY.

Design and develope a brand that reflected the Hutch team’s strong family values.
ALREADY AN ESTABLISHED NAME WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY, MY PLACE MORTGAGE WANTED TO DEVELOP A COHESIVE LOOK AND STYLE THAT WOULD DISTINGUISH THEM FROM COMPETITORS. WE WERE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE.

Design a new brand guide that would help the folks at My Place Mortgage appear professional and welcoming to their potential clients.
Objective
Overcome some negative opinions of the company that were pervasive online with a happy, positive and engaing facelift.
Virain Sudios is an independently-owned, interior design studio out of Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 2021 by the increadebly talented and nationally renowed designer Maribeth Brostowski, Virian was a project we built from the ground up, hand-in-hand with Maribeth and her team. We wanted a logo, brand and website that showcased Maribeth’s exquisite taste as well as her extesive portfolio.
Assignment
1. A new logo that was interesting and elemental. Something that bridged the comfort of classic decor with the freedom of modern design.
2. A new brand identity that reflected the company vision and supported the kind of work Virian would be producing.
3. A new website that showcased the extensive work Maribeth had already done around the Boston area.
Objective
Create a sense of intrigue and beauty in the overall look and style of the brand that reflects the attention to detail Maribeth’s reputation alreday instills.
Create a portfolio website, optimized and easy to use that is also easy to update as new projects will need to be added monthly.

Colorado Home Realty (CHR) was already killing it as an established powerhouse within the Colorado real estate space. Their brand and overall visual identity just needed some updating and polish in order to match their established presence and passion. They came to GNT with a simple request, “Can we update how we look online to more appropriately reflect the positive impact we’ve had on our community?”
Assignment
1. Create an expansive and all encompassing brand guide that would inform subsequent strategy.
2. Build out a marketing collateral library to help implement the new brand identity.
3. Redesign website to reflect newly established branding direction. (Still in progress at the time of this writing)
Objective
To create a brand and identity that more adequately represented and reflected the positive attitude and warm, supportive nature of the Colorado Home Realty community.
It also had to work towards engagement with an ever evolving audience and shifting platform trends.
