THE DOPEST PRODUCTS ARE ONLY MADE BY THE DOPEST PEOPLE.
In the case of the dope folks at Sweet Grass Kitchen, this hella deep proverb I just totally made up couldn’t be more true. They’re passionate, professional, they love what they do, and most importantly… they are super fun to work with. 😉
The company was started by my friend Julie around 2009, and if you’ve ever spoken to anyone in Denver who’s ever bitten into one of their delicious products, you know that these guys aren’t just some other edibles company… They’re straight up Talented as Hell Confectionists. Don’t believe me? Pick some up and see for yourself. Email me your thanks for the recommendation.
Sweet Grass Kitchen is a small-batch bakery that produces freshly baked, cannabis-infused edibles throughout Colorado!
In 2009, Sweet Grass Kitchen‘s journey began. With the help of our in-house cultivation, we’ve long prided ourselves on our true crop-to-cookie delivery made special with our very own slow-simmered, triple-strained, full-flower cannabutter.
Today, our product line is award-winning and has expanded to include microdose edibles as well as CBD- and distillate-infused treats that are distributed to nearly 500 recreational and medical dispensaries throughout Colorado.
Through it all, Sweet Grass Kitchen has become synonymous with a creative, effective, and delicious way to enjoy the benefits of our favorite plant. Our harvests, cannabutter batches, and innovative products are tested by multiple state licensed laboratories, so you can always count on consistent potency, effect, and taste that keep our customers coming back for more.
Big Oil Clothing Company’s mission is to sell oilfield-inspired clothing that celebrates an industry that energizes the world and, at the same time, educate the people in the communities where we work and live about who really makes up Big Oil. Far too often, the term “Big Oil” is used with a negative connotation to describe our life’s work and the people behind it. To those that don’t understand us, images of Wall Street suits or Boss Hogg come to mind. Wearing Big Oil clothing visually informs the public (and even our own people) that the individuals that make up “Big Oil” are a true cross-section of the entire world, comprised of different ages, races, genders, socio-economic status, religious beliefs, and t-shirt sizes. The funny thing is, as different as we are, we always come together to get the job done. Big Oil Clothing Company is proud of this fact, and hopes to be an example that when people work together, great things can be accomplished. Big Oil Clothing Company, LLC is a family-run business and creation of Jeremy Howard, a dedicated oilfield nerd since 2008.
Jeremy is a smooth operator. Pretty much the perfect client actually. He came to us with an open mind, a great attitude, and most importantly an unlimited amount of enthusiasm and scope for this project. He wanted to do something BIG; start a clothing line designed for, and marketed to, the thousands of hard-working oil rig workers across the country. With several different lines, each with dozens of unique designs, and many more on the way, Jeremy’s off to an amazing start with his new company, and we couldn’t be prouder of our new partnership.
The shirts look great whether you’re on a rig or just out having fun, so hope on theBig Oil Clothing Co sitetoday and pick some up.
DeVotchKa is an American four-piece multi-instrumental and vocal ensemble. They take their name from the Russian word devochka (девочка), meaning “girl”. The All stars are a solid band, great guys and like all the other groups I’ve worked with in the past a pleasure to work with. Their swamp rock aesthetics and southern background allowed me to incorporate elements I don’t generally get to use in my designs. I was pretty happy with what we came up with! Their shows are a really funt time! Check them out if you have the chance. North Mississippi Allstars is an American southern rock/blues band from Hernando, Mississippi, founded in 1996. The band is composed of brothers Luther Dickinson (guitar, vocals) and Cody Dickinson (drums, keyboards, electric washboard), and Chris Chew (electric bass guitar). In addition to the guitar, Dickinson also plays a cigar box guitar called the “lowebow.” The band opened for Robert Plant and the Band of Joy on their concert tour in 2011. They also opened for Dave Matthews Band in the spring of 2013. Their latest release, World Boogie Is Coming was issued on September 3, 2013
