democratically edited for 2020
The first time I saw the poster for Avengers: Endgame was right after Uncle Joe got in the race. As soon as I saw this beast of an advertisement, characteristically characterized by dozens of Marvel characters, my mind immediately went to the ever-growing field of Democratic contenders for the 2020 presidential nomination. Superimposing all their faces atop the Avengers was an obvious play… I was only able to fit about 70% of the candidates onto the poster before running out of Avengers. There were more Dems running than there were Avengers in the final movie of the 10-year-old franchise. Huh.
Anyway, it was hella fun to make, and I’m assuming the 2020 race will be just as exciting to watch as this movie was. Enjoy it all you guys. Yolo.
